• communication information when you contact us by email or WhatsApp;
• technical and usage information, such as page views, approximate location, device type, referral source and campaign parameters, when analytics consent is granted;
• records needed to prevent abuse, maintain website security and document your privacy choice.

Please do not send confidential client files, unnecessary personal data or sensitive information through the initial enquiry form. We can agree a suitable transfer method when discussing your project.

• To respond to enquiries and prepare potential services: processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
• To deliver agreed services and manage a business relationship: processing is necessary to perform a contract.
• To secure and improve the website: we rely on legitimate business interests, balanced against your rights.
• To measure website use: we use Google Analytics only after you accept analytics cookies.

We do not use website enquiries for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Analytics information is retained according to the settings of our Google Analytics property. Your cookie preference is stored in your browser for up to 180 days unless you clear browser storage or change your choice earlier.

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager load only after you select “Accept analytics”. Analytics helps us understand website visits, page engagement, enquiry submissions and WhatsApp link clicks. Advertising storage, ad-user-data sharing and personalised advertising remain disabled at this stage.
