These terms apply to your use of altostudiox.com and to initial enquiries submitted through the website. The website and ALTO brand are operated by Hefei Linge Design Co., Ltd., registered at Room 1319, Jiuhua Mountain Villa Complex Building, No. 99 Jiuhuashan Road, Wuhu Road Subdistrict, Baohe District, Hefei City, Anhui Province, China.

By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Website information and enquiries

Website content, portfolios, service descriptions, indicative processes and examples are provided for general business information. They are not a binding offer, final quotation, guarantee of availability or promise that a particular method or result is suitable for your project.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship or require either party to proceed. A project begins only after the parties confirm scope, deliverables, timing, fees, payment terms and other applicable conditions in a written quotation, order, contract or similar agreement.

3. Project information you provide

You are responsible for ensuring that information and materials you provide are accurate and that you have the right to share them with us. Please do not submit third-party confidential information, personal data, copyrighted material or restricted project files unless you are authorised to do so and an appropriate transfer method has been agreed.

We may decline, pause or request clarification on enquiries that are incomplete, unlawful, outside our service scope or create confidentiality, intellectual-property, sanctions, payment or technical concerns.

4. Intellectual property

The website, brand elements, page design, written content and presentation materials are owned by or licensed to Hefei Linge Design Co., Ltd. You may view and share public page links for legitimate business evaluation, but you may not copy, republish, sell, scrape, remove attribution from or create misleading derivatives of website content without written permission.

Project-specific ownership and permitted use of drawings, renderings, source files and other deliverables will be governed by the applicable written project agreement. Public portfolio images may be representative, anonymised or limited to protect client confidentiality.

The website may use or link to third-party services, including Formspree, Google services, email and WhatsApp. Their availability, security and handling of information are also governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control.
